Everything You Need to Know Before You Buy
We ship everywhere in North America.
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100.
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
We apologize, but we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges for items within 14 days of their delivery date, provided that they are in their original condition and unworn. If an item arrives in a damaged state, please notify us immediately and we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost to you. Thank you for understanding.
If you've already checked your tracking, please first try to contact the courier that shipped your order was shipped with along with your tracking number, and they will help you investigate and locate your package. If they're unable to assist, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
